How long does the approval process take until I become an affiliate?
Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application normally within 2 working days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some promotion assets to help you get started. For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance as one of our hand picked brand ambassadors, you will receive access to your own dashboard where you can manage your links. When customers purchase using your link, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions. Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie (the clever tracking technology) will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired (cookie length is 30 days)
How do I get paid with your affiliate program?
Our ambassadors get paid directly to their PayPal account.
When do I get paid with your affiliate program?
You will be paid 30 days after sale .. this allows enough time for us to ship the order, the customer to receive the items and for us to adjust if there are any refunds etc.
Who can be a RocknRomance Brand Ambassador?
We are happy for anyone to apply .. However we hand pick each individual and priority will be given to those who take stunning Photos/Videos and/or with strong social presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) or maybe a Vintage Blog.
Instagram only allows one link in my bio and I already have one there?
No problem .. you can use a simple tool such as "Link Tree" this allows you to have more than one link in your Bio.
I work with another brand already, is this OK?
